Squarespace has great help which you can access via your panel when logged in or you can go here. You can search by topic, read their guides or contact support (email or chat).

To get really familiar with Squarespace it is a great idea to go through a tutorial first. For an introduction to  Squarespace start by going to my site at http://www.jodineufelddesign.com/post-launch-training. The password is “jndtraining”.  This will give you some basics of using Squarespace and some resources for learning more.

An important note about uploading photos to your website

All images that are uploaded to a website should be optimized for website viewing. This helps with your website load time. If you upload full size images your site speed will be greatly compromised and Google will penalize you in search results.
